Contactless Cards
Tapped Out
Coin, a product designed to combine all their payment card in one, is back with a new version. The last card includes NFC (near field communication) technology that often drives contactless payments.
Users can choose to assign a nickname to each card, shown on the device when in use, along with information on whether the card is enabled with NFC.
NFC is a welcome addition, and I use it whenever possible with my credit card. I'm still concerned about data Coin holding my credit card, but maybe I should not be, given the litany of online stores that have been processed 16 digit key holding my finances.
Moreover, rules have a unique credit card out of currency as a valid option for my life every day.
